Returns
Due to the nature of our digital products, we do not offer returns or exchanges once the order is processed and the files have been delivered. However, if you encounter any issues with the files or have concerns about the quality of our services, please contact us at support@sadigitizing.com, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
Refunds
We offer refunds for digital products within 7 days of the original purchase date, only under the following circumstances:
- If you have not received the purchased files due to technical issues or delivery failures on our end.
- If the files you received are significantly different from what was described on our website or are of unsatisfactory quality.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for digital products. If you require a different file format or have specific customization requests, please contact us before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Cancellation
Orders for custom designs can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that work on the design has not yet begun. Once work has commenced, cancellations may not be possible, and refunds will be issued at our discretion.
